Shipment

Packages are shipped standard within 3 days after receiving the payment. In the Netherlands they are sent by registered mail with PostNL. For Europe and the rest of the world with Deutsche Post. In consultation other shipping methods can be chosen. Tracking will be possible for all the destinations.

Netherlands: next day
Europe: 3 days
Rest of the world: 3 days

Shipping costs are already reflected in the price of the product. This includes packaging costs and the total weight of the shipment. When ordering multiple products, we will combine the items in a single order and they will be shipped together. The products will be packed with special care and if necessary we will discuss the most appropriate shipping method for the products.


Returns

When returning a product please use the original packaging or equivalent packaging. The risk for the return is for the sender so make sure you use an appropriate method of shipping.


Payment

During your ordering process, it is possible to select a method of payment. After completing your order you will be sent an email with an attached invoice. If you did not receive the e-mail, we advise you to be sure to check your spam folder.

You can (currently) pay in the following ways:

• By bank transfer: Once we receive this we will proceed to shipping. For customers in Europe and the rest of the world, the IBAN and BIC are mentioned. You can find these numbers on the "Bank details" section on this page.
• Directly through PayPal: You can make the payment with your credit card or by checking into your PayPal account. You will be redirected from our website to the secure Paypal site (link coming soon) and after completion of payment you will be redirected to our website. You can find the address on the "Bank details" section on this page. Always mention the product number(s) when ordering.
• Cash: You can choose the option 'pick up in the store''. If you wish to make any cash payment, this is the preferred purchase method.

If there is no payment within 7 days, JP-Watches retains the right to cancel the order.
